EIPL successfully delivered a 3 MW incineration system for treatment of sweep gas and tail gas from the Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU), ensuring safe disposal and environmental compliance.
EIPL successfully executed a tail gas incineration system for the Tabriz Oil Refining Company in Iran, designed to handle sweep gas and tail gas streams from the Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU).
In refinery operations, SRU tail gases contain residual sulfur compounds that must be safely treated before release. These gases are typically routed to an incinerator to ensure proper oxidation and environmental compliance .
The installed system, with a capacity of 3 MW, utilizes a single-chamber incinerator equipped with a reliable burner system to ensure stable combustion of low-calorific process gases.
The treated flue gases are safely discharged through a stack, meeting applicable environmental norms and operational safety requirements.
