EIPL successfully commissioned a two-chamber vertical incineration system for treatment of waste liquids and gases from a butyl rubber plant, integrated with advanced flue gas cooling and scrubbing.
EIPL is proud to announce the successful commissioning of an off-gas incineration system for the butyl rubber facility operated by Reliance Sibur Elastomers Private Limited (RSEPL) in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
The system is designed to handle waste liquids and process gases generated from butyl rubber production, ensuring safe and environmentally compliant disposal. A two-chamber vertical incinerator has been implemented to achieve high destruction efficiency and stable combustion performance.
Post-combustion, the flue gases are cooled using an evaporative cooler, followed by treatment in a two-stage wet scrubber system, ensuring effective removal of pollutants prior to atmospheric discharge.
This integrated approach ensures reliable operation, regulatory compliance, and enhanced environmental performance for petrochemical applications.
