EIPL delivered a rotary kiln-based hazardous waste incineration system designed to safely treat complex industrial waste streams, including TEAL, sludge, and waste oils.
EIPL successfully executed a comprehensive hazardous waste treatment project for the ORPIC facility in Sohar, Oman. The system is designed to process a wide range of challenging waste streams, including TEAL (Triethylaluminum), industrial hazardous waste, sludge, and liquid waste oils.
With a processing capacity of 1500 kg/h, the facility incorporates a rotary kiln incinerator coupled with a Secondary Combustion Chamber (SCC) to ensure complete destruction of hazardous constituents under controlled high-temperature conditions.
The front-end system includes advanced waste preparation and mixing units for liquid and sludge streams, along with a solid waste feeding system, enabling safe and consistent feed to the incinerator.
For emission control, the system integrates a quench section, followed by SNCR (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) for deNOx, and a dry scrubbing system, ensuring compliance with stringent environmental regulations.
