A high-efficiency Thermal Oxidizer with integrated waste heat recovery has been successfully commissioned to process CO₂-rich production gas and recover energy for crude oil heating.
EIPL is proud to highlight the successful execution of an advanced waste gas utilization project at a major oil & gas facility in the Aishwariya field, Rajasthan.
The system was designed to process CO₂-rich production gas through a 15 MW Thermal Oxidizer, ensuring safe and environmentally compliant disposal of waste gases. A key feature of the project is the integration of a duplex Bath Heater with Waste Heat Recovery, enabling efficient utilization of thermal energy.
The recovered heat is effectively used to heat 368 m³/h of crude oil at 23 bar, significantly reducing the need for external energy input and lowering overall power consumption during crude transportation.
This project demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable energy practices, converting waste gas into a valuable energy resource while minimizing environmental impact.
